LumaBelle Skin Renewal Cream
What skin tones is LumaBelle made for?
LumaBelle is made for every shade of brown and melanin-rich skin, across the full depth range:
- Light and olive brown tones (Fitzpatrick type IV)
- Medium to deep brown tones (Fitzpatrick type V)
- The deepest, richly pigmented and ebony tones (Fitzpatrick type VI)
Post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation behaves the same way across all of them: the more melanin your skin holds, the more stubborn the marks, and the higher the risk that harsh products make them worse. LumaBelle is formulated for that whole range, and it is gentle enough for the most reactive, deepest skin.
How long until I see a difference?
Most people notice smoother, more even-looking skin in 2 to 3 weeks, with marks continuing to fade over the following weeks and months. PIH on brown skin fades slowly, so apply morning and night and give it the full 60 days.
Will it work on old marks, or only new ones?
Both. Arbutin 7% works on the pigment that is already there, so older marks fade too. On deeper skin they usually just take longer than recent ones.
My skin is sensitive. Will this sting?
It is fragrance free, dermatologist-tested and hypoallergenic-tested, and led by Resurrection Plant to keep it gentle on reactive, melanin-rich skin. If you are highly reactive, patch test on your jawline for two nights before going full face.
Can I use it with my other products?
Yes. Apply it after cleansing and before moisturiser or SPF. Wear sunscreen daily, because on brown skin UV undoes fading faster than anything else.
What if it doesn't work for me?
Email support@lumabellebeauty.shop within 60 days and we will refund you in full. You do not need to send the product back.
Resurrection Plant (Myrothamnus flabellifolia)
The hero ingredient. A powerful antioxidant that calms and revives melanin-rich skin, so the actives can fade marks without the irritation that usually triggers more.
Arbutin
Acts on the pigment sitting in an existing dark mark. This is the one doing the fading.
Tranexamic Acid
Calms the inflammation that turns a breakout into a lasting dark mark on deeper skin.
Niacinamide
Calms redness, evens overall tone, supports the skin barrier.
Fragrance and harsh irritants
None. Most brightening creams sting and you quit by week two. This one you can keep using.
Dermatologist-tested. Hypoallergenic-tested.
Formulated and tested for skin tolerance.
High-strength actives for fading dark marks have a reputation, and it's earned. Most of them sting, flake, or turn your skin red. On melanin-rich skin that is more than annoying, because that irritation can trigger more of the exact dark marks you are trying to fade. So you quit in week two, right before anything would have shown.
That is the problem this formula was built and tested against. Not whether it works. Arbutin 7%, Tranexamic Acid 4% and Niacinamide are well established for fading the look of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. The real question on brown and deeper skin is whether your skin can tolerate it, every day, long enough to see the marks fade without the backfire. That is why it is led by Resurrection Plant, to keep the skin calm while the actives work.
- Third-party lab tested. Every batch is checked by an independent lab for purity and safety, and screened for heavy metals and contaminants, before it ships.
- Dermatologist-tested for skin irritation under supervised conditions.
- Hypoallergenic-tested. Screened for common allergic reactions.
- Fragrance free. No perfume, the single most common irritant in brightening creams.
- Suitable for sensitive skin and all skin tones, including deep and melanin-rich, morning and night.
Dermatologist-tested and hypoallergenic-tested means the formula was assessed for irritation and allergic response. It does not mean a dermatologist endorses it. No cosmetic can guarantee zero reaction. If your skin is highly reactive, patch test on your jawline for two nights first.
When Dark Marks Start Affecting Your Confidence
The inflammation may be gone, but the dark marks can remain, so your skin can still look like you're breaking out when you're not. If you have brown or deeper skin, you have probably already tried at least one or two of these: vitamin C serum, glycolic or azelaic acid, sunscreen, moisturizer, BBL, cleanser, maybe even retinol, and it's frustrating when your complexion still looks uneven.
These marks are post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH). LumaBelle is led by Resurrection Plant extract (Myrothamnus flabellifolia) and combines Arbutin 7%, Tranexamic Acid 4% and Niacinamide, to work on the pigment underneath and calm the skin above, so your skin looks clearer and more even over time, without the irritation that makes marks worse on brown skin.
Concealer covers the mark. Arbutin 7% helps fade it, slowing the enzyme your skin uses to make the pigment.
SPF stops new marks darkening but won't shift old ones. Tranexamic Acid 4% helps calm the inflammation that tells your skin to overproduce pigment, so the mark can fade.
Harsh actives flake and can worsen PIH on deeper skin, so you quit early. Resurrection Plant and Niacinamide keep it gentle enough to use daily, which is what actually fades slow marks.
Non-sticky, no pilling under makeup. Fragrance-free, morning and night.
Clearer, more even skin in 60 days, or every dollar back. We've never argued about a refund.
What to Expect Over Your First Weeks
Dark marks do not fade overnight, and on brown skin they take longer. Anyone who tells you otherwise is not being straight with you. Here is an honest picture of what consistent daily use, with sunscreen, tends to look like.
Resurrection Plant, Niacinamide and glycerin soothe and hydrate from the first application, so it's gentle enough to use twice a day. Comfort comes before any fading.
Arbutin 7% starts slowing the enzyme that makes new pigment, while Tranexamic Acid 4% calms the leftover inflammation that keeps marks dark. Any change this early is subtle.
Some people notice their skin looking brighter and the edges of their marks starting to soften. This varies from person to person.
A full month of consistent use is the point to judge early progress. Dark marks keep fading over the following weeks and months as your skin continues to renew.
Real Marks. Real Progress.

It's Not You. Nothing Was Built for Your Skin.
Vitamin C. Azelaic acid. Retinol. A peel or two. Concealer every morning. Months of waiting. If that sounds familiar, you were not doing it wrong. None of it was built for brown skin. The marks stayed because the products failed you, not the other way around.
You deserve skin you don't have to cover.
On their own they brighten the surface, but they're mild against pigment that's already settled in.
They sting, burn and polish the surface, and overdoing them can trigger even more pigment on brown skin. Most people quit before anything changes.
Months of flaking, redness and dryness, and the marks haven't even slightly faded. On deeper skin, that irritation can leave new marks behind.
Peels and BBL cost a fortune per session, and if they over-irritate your skin they can cause the very marks you're paying to remove.
You cover them every morning and take it off every night. Nothing changes except how tired you are of doing it.
The best face you have is the one you stop covering.
And now, one ingredient is changing that for brown skin.
Other Products vs LumaBelle
Most creams are built for all skin types. LumaBelle is built for brown and melanin-rich skin, and the dark marks acne leaves behind.

Recommended by skin specialists
“On brown and melanin-rich skin, the pigment cells are more reactive, so a breakout can leave a dark mark long after the spot has gone. These marks are post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, driven by inflammation and sun, and they respond best to a gentle, consistent routine. Resurrection Plant extract helps calm and support the skin so that irritation settles, while Arbutin at 7% slows the enzyme that makes new melanin and tranexamic acid calms the signal that tells skin to keep producing it. Used morning and night, that's how these marks soften instead of settling in.”
Fading Marks Doesn't Have to Cost a Fortune.
You pay per session, whether it works or not, and if a laser or peel is too harsh for brown skin, it can burn, scar, and leave you with even darker marks than you started with.
Or start with 1x Cream. The Duo doubles the cream and adds a free Roller for less.

First order and the customer support is next level. Messaged them unsure how to use the cream and they walked me through everything so quickly, even told me when I'd see results. You can tell they genuinely care. Definitely buying again 💕
Been using this for about 3 weeks and my skin does look better. Still getting used to adding it into my routine but happy with it so far. Face roller was a nice bonus!
The box arrived in good condition and was sealed. It has a slight aroma, the cream is white, spreads well, and is effective. Cynthia from the support team communicated really well and answered all my questions patiently! Great experience.
I have been talking with the LumaBelle team and their communication has been amazing every step of the way. I already shared my feedback with them. Thank you so much!
