How Refunds Work
- Apply the cream every day as directed for at least 30 days, so it has a fair chance to work.
- Contact us within 90 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and a short note about your experience.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, usually within 5 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Lost or Stolen Parcels
Every order includes free Shipping Protection covering loss, theft and damage in transit. If your parcel goes missing, contact us and we will make it right with a replacement or a full refund.
