We pick and dispatch orders within 1 business day, so the window to change something is short. Email us as soon as you can and we will do everything we can to catch it before it leaves.

HOW TO CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER

- Put your order number in the subject line
- Tell us what you need: cancel it, change which bundle you ordered, or correct your delivery address

BEFORE IT SHIPS

If your order has not been dispatched yet we can cancel it in full and refund you, change which bundle you ordered, or correct your delivery address, all at no cost.

AFTER IT SHIPS

Once your order is with the carrier we cannot recall it or change the address. You still have two options: refuse the delivery and it will make its way back to us for a full refund, or accept it and use our 90 Day Money Back Guarantee.

WRONG ADDRESS

If you gave us an address with a mistake in it, tell us straight away. If the parcel has already gone out and comes back to us as undeliverable, we will refund you in full or resend to the corrected address, whichever you prefer.
