PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 business hours. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates, including any free shipping offers on bundles, are shown at checkout before you pay. Tracking is included on every order.

DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery is 6 to 10 days after dispatch, depending on your location. Tracking updates are emailed to you from the moment your order leaves our warehouse. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of purchase, email us and we will resolve it with a replacement or a full refund.

LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged in transit, contact us and we will make it right with a replacement or a full refund.
